I stayed for 2 nights and appreciated the room, which was fully-equipped with a balcony. Every staff member was ATTENTIVE and hospitable.

I booked a double room with a tray of ice, coffee available. Throughout the day staff were very helpful. The location was convenient, right by the best transport, east London and the East End. Visited a few interesting places, including Emirates Air Line, located at a moderate distance from the venue.
Their staff were very rude.

The location was incredible for traveling around London, really close to the train station, shops and London. Apart from that, The Crystal was 5 minutes' drive away.

The beds and pillow were extremely comfy. The breakfast was savoury, the check in was efficient. Plus, I was able to park the car on site. The location was marvellous, around 10-15 minutes walk from Ss Robin. It was across the pretty quiet area.

Would recommend for shopping
Cozy room, friendly staff, with great transport links to nearby attractions like Stratford's shopping center and easy access to the DLR station for city exploration.
No room for improvement.

We got a good deal on the price and everything was quite ok. Clean room, ok breakfast, nice staff, close to DLR station and the Excel center. Although the location is a bit far away from the city center, it was perfect for the London City Airport, were we had our flight. Just a 5 minutes bus ride.
They charge 5% for paying with a debit/credit card. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. The heating was working sporadically and we got some chills during one night of stay. Location is a bit far from the main attractions (about 40 minutes by DLR and tube to get to Westminster). The bed was a bit small for 2 persons.

First I'd like to comment about the personnel receiving and serving us in the evening. I have travelled for work during the career centered time of my life, and I can honestly say, I've had very few such excellent stuff experiences. Helpfull, polite, and ready to go out of their way to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The only "fair" mark given, is the location. In our case this was actually our own mistake, since we were coming from a whole different direction, and never thought of that. All in all, positive experience!
Maybe two bed covers... My daughter stole the whole cover, and I had to make do with a hand towel, trying to cover a 6' 3" bodyframe...;-)

Check-in was super quick and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and cozy with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom! Loved having that free fruit and water too. Breakfast was yummy, especially that fried-up! Really good location, just a short walk from the excel and the tube.
Only downside was the noise from other guests late at night, kinda annoying. The showerhead could use replacing, but it was alright.

The hotel was lovely and new. Only a 5 minute walk from the Docklands Light Railway. The location to the city was very good.
My only small gripe is that the rooms are very small, although they had everything you need in them.

Would stay here again
The location was super convenient, just a short walk to Excel. My room had a tv, electric kettle, and a cozy carpeted area. There was also a private bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries. They offered fresh pastries and organic juices for breakfast. The staff made check-in quick and were really accommodating.
